Challenge:
With a growing market of services that allowed homeowners to bypass using a qualified Realtor to buy or sell a home, this association needed compelling mass media to emphasize the value of their members’ services. Our client requested a 30-second TV spot that would “cut through the clutter” and stick in the minds of potential buyers and sellers.

 

Answer:
Capitalizing on the talents of our creative team, including an in-house illustrator, this TV campaign positioned the association as “The League of Realtors with super selling power!” Borrowing from superhero graphic novels, the spot combined illustration with layered animation and touches of classic sound effects.
