Challenge:
Each year, this local non-profit distributes an informal “annual report” for donors, friend and partners. Because this is not a traditional report, the client asked the Power team to make it fun and creative – while reinforcing the mission of the organization.
Answer:
Because Big Brothers Big Sisters dedicates the lion share of their resources to matching adult mentors with kids who need guidance and support, the Power team wanted to position them as an entity that “plants seeds of hope.” This led to an annual report concept based on seed packs. In lieu of a traditional bounded piece, the team created colorful individual sheets that reinforced the concept on the front, while highlighting the “year in review” information on the backs of each section.
