Challenge:
In 2010, GE Aviation entered the Turboprop engine market with the new GE H80. Previous to the launch, a competitive manufacturer largely dominated the turboprop category. The Power team was asked to create a print and digital campaign that announced GE’s entry into the category and created “buzz” in the market.

 

Answer:
Once the teamnailed down the “big splash” concept for the print ad, the digital ad provided an opportunity to bring the creative to life. The digital marketing team applied flash animation and sound effects to add a new level of dimension and attraction to the concept.
