Power Creative Ranked Among Top Places to Work

It's easier to do good work when you like your job, and that's one reason we're excited to be listed as one of the "Top Places to Work" in Louisville, Kentucky. The Top Places to Work survey recently published in Louisville's Courier-Journal newspaper ranked Power Creative as #6 among the city's mid-sized businesses, and the list's top advertising agency.

More than 800 local businesses were invited to be part of the survey last fall by WorkplaceDynamics, a Pennsylvania-based company that conducts surveys to help companies recruit, retain and motivate employees. The independent organization polled workers across Louisville about their jobs.

So what makes Power Creative such a great place to work? Many of our employees will say, "It's the people." We may not offer Google-sized perks, but Power Creative does have a great team of smart, friendly, talented people who enjoy working together. We'll take that over a free haircut any day.
